In 2007, BAZR (AKA JBBollen) presented a set of 9 pieces for electric bass and laptop, with which he modified his sound in real-time. These visionary soundscapes, partially notated, partially improvised, incorporated both his expertise as a composer as well as his experiences as a performing artist. Glitchy, digital artefacts were deliberately emphasised to point towards aliasing - the introduction of errors -that was very much a part of low quality internet streaming before the arrival of streaming services.
